C.J.S Education Ltd is a business built on friendship, mutual respect and with the loving support of each members’ families.
Claire, Jenny and Sandie have worked together in the Education sector for the last 15 years. Their understanding and passion for their industry has only strengthened over time and their level of commitment and determination to help others to achieve is as strong as ever.
The team know that they can offer an individualised and outstanding personal/private education to their learners without the rigidity and boundaries some other training providers might face. So, after leaving their former employment and following many meetings and Facetime discussions late into the night C.J.S Education Ltd has been formed.
For those that know Claire, Jenny and Sandie, they will recall that their patience and attention to detail is second to none. For those that do not know them please understand that they have taken great pains to establish their company at the highest level. Every stage from choosing the company name to the courses to be provided have been discussed in great detail, rewritten/changed where needed and perfected before entering the public domain as you see them today.

Meet the team
Claire Palmer
Claire has worked within the hair and beauty industry for over 30 years, working with the likes of Beverley Cobella, Rita Rusk and Trevor Sorbie. Claire has also worked for the Hilton Hotel and Vidal Sassoon groups, as well as Schwarzkopf, both nationally and internationally. Recently, Claire has returned to the 'shop floor' as a Senior Stylist and has already built up a strong clientele. Claire joins the company after working within the further education sector for 18 years; Hairdressing Curriculum Team Leader - 12 years; Hair and Beauty Curriculum Team Leader - 3 years. Course Manager, Grade 1 Lecturer and Assessor.
Jenny Sanders
Jenny has worked within the Hair and Beauty industry for over 30 years. Initially working as a Barber in a local salon, she then went on to successfully introduce ladies hair services to the business where she continued to work until she took a career break to have children. After her break, Jenny moved in to the education sector which allowed her to share her passion and skills to those just starting out. In March 2019, Jenny opened up her own salon, 'House of Hair' - a cute and cosy hair salon in the countryside offering the relaxing yet professional essence of a high street salon. Jenny joins the company after working within the Further Education sector for 20 years; Course Manager, Grade 1 Lecturer and Assessor.
Sandie Wild
Sandie has worked within the Hair and Beauty industry for over 25 years. She took over ownership of 'Charley's Hair Salon' in 2015 after working alongside the original team members for 8 years. Sandie continually keeps her hairdressing skills and knowledge up to date by attending many industry courses and this is reflected in her popularity with the clients. Her business has grown considerably and she now owns a professionally run, highly thought of, busy salon within Barnstaple town-centre. During term-time, Sandie works alongside Pilton Community College running a Level 2 programme, giving your learners the opportunity to experience the world of hairdressing. Sandie joins the company after working within the Further Education Sector for 16 years; Course Manager, Grade 1 Lecturer and Assessor.
