SALON OWNER – DIRECTOR & MASTER STYLIST With more than 30 years' experience in the industry, Sandie took over ownership of Charleys in 2015, after working alongside the original team for over 8 years. She has made some additions to her team and some Major changes to the salon. Sandie is also a Qualified Educator and with over 20 years teaching experience including at our local college Petroc for over 18 years.
Charleys now holds Centership with VTCT ! Meaning Sandie can deliver certificated courses from Charleys This title enables ~Sandie to run a GCSE based VTCT Level 2 14-16 programme from the salon on Mondays working along side Braunton community College, This gives young learners at school level an opportunity to achieve a Hair and Beauty Qualification at GCSE level a great progression route leading to further education or apprenticeship within the Industry . Sandie continually keeps her hairdressing skills and knowledge up to date, Over her career Sandie has trained with Wella, TiGi, Vidal Sasoon, and Master classes with Mark Hill & personal workshops with Patrick cameron. Sandie has attended the ‘Wella' Studio in Paris with some students Sandie has completed her colour Masters in Keune Headquarters in Amsterdam returning for three year running to continue updating her colour knowledge and now the salon our ambassadors to the professional Milkshake colour & product range Sandie Along with Stylist Ella Holds Their Master Extentionist Award with award winning Beauty works Hair Extentions, Awarded this recognition by Beautyworks for the strong and professional service we deliver with our Hair extensions "The last 10 year's has been very busy and I have really enjoyed every minute of it. MASTER STYLIST Tim has been with Charleys for over 15 years initially joining us as a 3rd year Apprentice completing his Advanced Hairdressing Qualification.
Now a Master stylist, Tim brings over 15 years experience on the salon floor. Tim enjoys all aspects of hairdressing but has a particular passion for Precision Cutting. A skilled and creative cutter with an exceptional eye for detail, he takes pride in creating bespoke styles that are designed to each client's Individual hair, Personality and Lifestyle. From Classic, Beautiful Polished cuts to more Contemporary a Creative styles, Tim combines technical precision with creativity to achieve a finish that is both effortless and easy to maintain. Tim is available for online bookings; however, due to his busy schedule, rebooking after your appointment is recommended to secure your preferred date and time. |

MASTER STYLIST
Sarah is a part time stylist , who amazing works also as a community Nurse, Sarah has continued to work with us during her nursing training and is know fully fledged caring for the community in different ways . Sarah continues to work part time looking after her existing clientele- Sarah is not taking new clients.

MASTER STYLIST With over 10 years of experience in both ladies and gents hairdressing, Ricardo brings wealth of expertise and passion to the salon. Originally trained in Portugal, he has spent the last years building a strong and loyal clientele in the local area.
Ricardo is skilled in all aspects of hairdressing, but he has a particular talent for colour correction and Balayage - challenges he approaches with creativity and precision, as trained in the barber sector also, he has extensive experience with men's cutting with a strong gents following , making him versatile stylist for all clients. In addition to cut and colouring, Ricardo is one of our certified hair extension technicians (Remi Cachet), offering professional Tape-in extension services tailored to each client's needs. Ricardo is available for bookings online and looks forward to welcoming you to the salon. |
Owen

SENIOR STYLIST Owen has over eight years of experience in the hair industry and his Level 3NVQ in Ladies styling . Over the years, he has continued to develop his knowledge and skills through additional training, bringing both experience and creativity to his work.
Owens enjoys all aspects of hairdressing but has a particular love for Balayage, creating beautifully blended, natural-looking results. He also has a passion for Long hair Styling and Occasion hair, and loves having the opportunity to create something a little extra special. Alongside Owen is trained in Keratin treatments and Hair extensions. Throughout his career Owen has continued to learn and expand his skills, completing courses with Aveda, Davines, Allison, Joico and Milkshake colour range & Respect Straightening system. Knowing for his bubbly personality, Owens brings plenty positivity energy to the salon and loves making his clients feel relaxed and happy. Owen is available to book online.. |

STYLIST
BB has been a valued member of the team for over five years and fully qualified Level 3NVQ hairdresser.
With a real passion for colour, BB particularly enjoys creating a Beautiful variety of Colouring and Balayage techniques, tailored to suit each individual client. BB is also fully trained with Beauty Works Headquarters in London in hair extensions, specialising in both Tape and Nano extensions. Whether creating subtle length and volume or a complete transformation, BB takes pride in achieving Natural, Seamless results. With her friendly and professional approach, BB loves helping every client leave the salon feeling confident and looking the Best. |
Elise
STYLIST
Elise has been working in the hair industry for four years and holds a Level 3NVQ qualification in Advanced Hairdressing. She also completed specialist hair extensions training with Remi Cachet, developing her expertise in both nano and tape-in extensions and building a loyal clientele.
Dedicated and eager to grow in the industry, Elise has an active role in supporting the team and enhancing the client experience. Elise Runs a column in the salon and is already proving to be a popular young stylist, she shows great skill and Passion for all colour work. Her Specialties include Bright and Beautiful Blonds, and Seamlessly blended Balayage.
Elise brings a friendly, professional approach to every appointment and is focused to making her clients look and feel their Best.
