Friendly Notice- Price Increase
A polite notice that from the 16th of October 2024 we will
Be implementing a small salon price increase
Unfortunately due to inflation, wages and rising salon costs this annual increase is necessary to keep
Up with rising overheads
We greatly appreciate your business and hope you understand our need to implement this small change to our prices
We will of course continue to give you the best haircare advice and salon service
Our new prices will be updated in salon and on our website from the 16th October.

Please update your skin test if you are a new client to us or have not had a skin test in the last 8 weeks , we have updated our colour range, please ring the salon and check with your stylist at least 72 hours prior to your appointment if you are unsure

Important Updated Policy:
Unfortunately due to the amount of 'No Show' appointments even with sending out email and text reminders to all of our appointments, we have experienced many clients who book and simply do not attend their chosen appointments, and some do not give us any notice ....
Staff still need to be paid, loss of custom and times we turn clients away we cannot fit in, we experience loss of trade, this has a great impact on the salon
So unfortunately the following now applies:
Online bookings will now require a deposit Paid through our booking system , appointments can be moved with sufficient (48 hours) notice and deposits will not be lost
Bookings:
If you simply fail to attend your booked appointment, and do not let us know ! Charges of 100% will apply for your missed appointment timed services booked, this will be at the salons discretion.
We are sorry we have had to put this in place, however this is simply not ok....
as a team we find it very upsetting... our time is important to us as well as to our clients.

!!SKIN TESTING!! If you have a colour appointment and are a new client to the salon, or 6 months since your last professional colour service ,please order your free skin test for collection at least 48 hours prior to your appointment

These high end products leave your hair feeling nourished and infused with the scent of Moroccanoil without the use of sulphate or parabens. Our clients just simply love it!

Charleys is by far the best salon in the area. I've been going for many years now and their staff are very professional and extremely friendly and nothing is to much trouble... they are always up to date and have the latest fashions. I have actually been stopped in the supermarket and asked where I have my hair done, always say 100% recommend Charleys xxx

I wouldn't go anywhere else. I absolutely love everything about this salon. I have ridiculously outrageous naturally curly hair!! It's a problem to explain to a hair stylist over the years how problematic my hair type can be! Sandie who owns Charleys is the most experienced stylist I have ever experienced. X

I had my hair cut and nails done here, I loved my hair so much and they did exactly what I wanted without charging a bomb. My nails lasted ages and were done really well I loved them so much!! The service was great and everyone was really lovely, I would 100% definitely go back!! Big thanks x

Best ever salon experience. Whilst my colour was establishing I received a refreshing pedicure, eye and lip wax, eye brow and lash tint. Well what can I say for those of us who want to save time, relax, and enjoy being pampered it's all here. Thank you Charlene for a professional experience.
